The Big House News
Welcome to the first edition of the Big House News at tbh4kidz.com/wordpress! You will find this newsletter updated at least every other month. It will inform you about the news around the daycare and remind you of upcoming events. If you have any information you might want to share with other parents through this newsletter please feel free to let Sara F know so she can include it.
November is a busy month for our Teachers. We are busy planning for our Christmas program (which by the way is Dec. 4th) and also preparing for Thanksgiving. The week before Thanksgiving we usually have a daycare wide Thanksgiving dinner when we all gather together in one room and have a fabulous meal together. It’s quite fun!!!
Please remember that we close at 5:30 and you need to have your children picked up by then. There is a charge of a dollar per minute past 5:30 that needs to be paid to the teacher staying late with your child.
Also, a reminder that the weather is turning colder and children need to be dressed appropriately for outside play. This means children should have a winter jacket, snow pants, mittens, and a hat. If your child is missing one of these items, a note will be sent home as a reminder to bring it the next day. Please also remember to have an extra set of clothes (if not 2 sets) for your child to change into if they happen to get wet outside.
